Job description

- Oversee the Daily performance of our Community (aka our engineering talent pool) ensuring overall quality levels are being delivered

- Streamline remote operations and oversee a holistic workplace environment

- Track record of bringing in and growing engineering talent

- Make recommendations for optimizing the performance, create operations playbooks, and identify needs

- Serve as a cultural transformation of the company



- writing guidelines and acting as a liaison to legal teams 

- implementing best practices and tools for remote work

- creating work process documentation and remote handbook 

- planning events for the company

- advocating for remote employees when planning benefits

Skill Sets for the role

- cross-functional background and a strong set of soft skills, especially communication

- connect different types of teams as well as stakeholders and ensure the employees are participating in both synchronous and asynchronous conversations

- generalist approach to work

- leadership and organizational skills
